Second, the sand making machine and the power unit should be securely installed. If the sand maker has long-term fixed operation, it should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the sand maker has mobile operation, the unit should be installed on the rack made of the angle iron. You should also ensure that the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the pulley of the sand maker are at the same rotation face.
Third, check the fastening situation of fasteners of all parts after the installation of the sand making machine. Tighten the fasteners if they are loose. At the same time, you should check that if tightness of the belt is appropriate.
Fourth, before the starting the machine, you should first rotate the rotor with hand. Check if the operation of the tooth claw, hammer and the rotor is flexible and stable. Check if there is channel touch phenomenon in the machine. Check if the direction of rotation of the rotor is consistent with the direction of cylinder head. Check if the lubrication of the power and crusher is in good state.
Fifth, you should not casually replace the pulley in case the speed is too high, which will make the sand making room produce an explosion, or the speed is too low, which will affect the working efficiency of the sand making machine.
Sixth, after starting the sand making machine, the machine should run without load for 2 minutes. If there are no abnormal situations, you can feed the materials.
Seventh, pay attention to the functioning of the sand making machine during the operation at any time. The feeding should be uniform to prevent the materials from blocking the machine. Overload work for a long time should not be allowed.
