Is Your Volkswagen Jetta Safe When Given For Servicing?

Volkswagen India official dealer, KSM Motors has been accused of crashing customer's Jetta sedan head on, while it was given for regular servicing. The automobile belonged to OWS Freight Systems Pvt. Ltd., whose Deirector, Vineet Sharma, is traumatized even further by the manner in which the whole episode was handled by Volkswagen India officials.The official letter states that vw navi India is unable to do anything as they won't accept any of their 'offers' (read insurance fraud, filing of a false police complaint and a fake First Information Document - all serious criminal offences under the Indian Penal Code).

According to Vineet, they had sent the Jetta for regular servicing on the 16th of August to Volkswagen India authorized service middle, KSM Motors in Navi Mumbai. Vineet was told that the Jetta would be prepared to be serviced and delivered on the 20th August. On the evening of 20th, Vineet was told that while on check run on 18th, his automobile suffered minor destroy due to the negligence of Volkswagen service engineer.Unfortunately for them, they have left behind a complete paper trail and written records showing the truth in their own words - the automobile was taken out for a joy ride by these people and of them has caused this accident.

On the day that the automobile was to be returned, they were informed that the automobile had met with a minor accident. Till date they have not been shown the actual automobile and these are the only pics they have. I received an automatic message confirming the receipt of my complaint but I have not been contacted by someone yet). Today Volkswagen has washed its hands off the whole issue, claiming the accident occurred through no fault of theirs and they cannot do anything about it.

When Vineet was shown images of his automobile, they was shocked, as this was not a minor accident, but a major head on accident, which according to Vineet, might have severely injured or killed someone.
