The moisture of the materials for sand making should not be more than 6% to 8% and the feeding particle size should not be larger than 30 mm. When the yield is relatively high, you can use the 1350 × 300 mm cage sand making machine.
The production capacity of the cage sand making machine is related to the speed of the cage, diameter, width, space of steel bars, hardness of the materials and other factors.
