Thorough Analysis about Maintenance of the Classifier


The dry coefficient of friction is strongly related to the load, shape, the contact area and the fineness of the contact surface of the lubricating materials. However, the dry coefficient of friction is slightly affected by the sliding speed. In the past, it was often mistaken that friction comes from the mechanical resistance of the contact surface finish. In addition, we often mistakenly thought that the smooth is equal to the zero friction. In fact, the some mechanical resistances of the entire finish of the entire contact surface are positive, while others are negative.  The certain compensation between the positive and negative makes the total frictional resistance not changes greatly. When there is no lubrication of the classifier, the friction of the smooth surface is larger the friction of the rough surface. It is because the actual contact area of the smooth surface is larger than the contact area of the rough surface when the smooth surface slides. In addition, the suction of the atoms is also inevitably large. However, the smooth surface which uses the liquid lubricant with certain sliding speed is easily to form the liquid hydrodynamic lubrication to achieve the very low coefficient of friction. However, the rough surface can only get boundary lubrication, so its friction coefficient must be much higher.
The heating formation and the rising temperature of the sliding friction surface should be paid much attention in the maintenance process of the classifier. The mechanical strength of the deputy friction material of movement will be significantly reduced when the temperature rises. Therefore, whether the temperature rise will affect the required strength by checking or calculating should not be ignored for the calculations of mechanical repairs and parts design. The materials of friction parts will have expansion and contraction with the promotion and demotion of the temperature. Therefore, controlling the temperature of friction and ensuring the provisions clearance of deputy movement is another problem that we should pay attention to in the calculations of the mechanical maintenance and parts design calculations. In some cases, the lubricating oil only plays its role within a certain temperature range. Too high or too low temperature will lead to the ineffectiveness or even decomposition oxidation of the lubrication. Therefore, we should have a deep understanding about the temperature of the sliding surface of the classifier.
