High Temperature Chlorinated Roasting of Rotary Kiln


In practice, appropriate method of smelting can be used to process the cassiterite, which can greatly improve the tin and the recovery of other valuable metals. The high temperature chlorinated roasting of rotary kiln can be used to volatilize the non-ferrous metals in the raw materials. The iron, manganese, and other elements remain in the residue. The polonium tin metal whose total content is up to 50% to 65% can be got through the volatile non-ferrous metals with the wet dust collection. The precipitation and the high acid solution containing a small amount of non-ferrous metals such as Zn, Cd, In, Bi high acid solution after separation, we can obtain a variety of metal products. When we process the high iron tin, the iron in the chloride residue is more than 50%, which can be used as the ironmaking raw materials.
The characteristics of the high temperature chlorination volatile roasting process are the followings. The recovery rate of the tin and lead is very high. In addition, the high temperature chlorination volatile can be used to comprehensively recycle various associated metals. However, the drawback of this kind of process is that it is very complex. The rotary kiln belongs to the furnace which can be rotated, which was firstly used for burning cement clinker. Now it is also used in refractory and metallurgical industry. There is a certain angle between the body and the level of the rotary kiln body which is rotated by the large gear by the reducer through the motor. The fuel and the primary combustion-supporting air is sent to the kiln. The secondary combustion-supporting air enters the kiln from the cooling cylinder after preheating.  The combustion products are sent to the chimney and discharge to the atmosphere by the fume extractor after flowing through the kiln and dirt catcher. The raw materials enter the kiln through the feeding tube and uses the rotation of the tilt kiln to put the materials forward.
For the wet rotary kiln of the silicate cement, the raw materials after a series of physical, chemical, and physical - chemical changes, and they finally form the clinker. The wet rotary kiln is mainly used for burning the slurry whose moisture content is from 30% to 40%. At present, the high temperature chlorinated roasting of rotary kiln is widely used in various of industries.
