New Hydraulic Cone Crusher Creates Leading Quality

The crushing system of the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of the inner cone liner, outer cone liner, the bottom fuel tank and the gear. When the cone crusher is working, the motor drives the pinion of the crusher and the pinion drives the large gear. The large gear assemblies   (large gear, large gear frame and eccentric steel sleeve) drives the eccentric sleeve assemblies (the eccentric cylinder liner, eccentric copper sleeve) and the spindle assemblies (spindle, inner cone and inner cone liner. They regard the theoretical vertical line as the center and revolve in copper bush. The spindle assemblies can rotate in the eccentric copper sleeve.  When the machine runs without load, the eccentric sleeve assemblies and the spindle assemblies rotate together with the large gear. When the materials are added to the crushing chamber, the spindle assemblies (spindle, inner cone) slowly rotate in the eccentric copper sleeve with the resistance of the material. The trajectory of the inner cone looks like the back and forth swing in the crushing cavity. The materials are crushed by the swinging inner cone.
